The holidays are a busy time of year when we tend to have more things to do, more people to see, and more places to go. All of that doing leaves very little room for restoring balance through relaxation.
If we don’t give ourselves that recovery time, we may experience health challenges like chronic pain & insomnia.
Cannabis used topically, as in applied to the skin, will not give you a buzz and helps relieve achy muscles by reducing inflammation. It also promotes relaxation by balancing the endocannabinoid system which can help prepare the body for rest.

2 Cups Epsom Salts
2 Teaspoons of Cannabis Oil (Watch my YouTube to learn how to make Cannabis Oil)
10 drops of Essential Oils (Lavender, Eucalyptus, and Palo Santo are some of my favorites)
Mix all supplies and pour into bathtub filled with warm water. Allow yourself to soak for a minimum of 15 minutes. Please keep in mind that we use a small amount of Cannabis oil and it may leave the bathtub a little slippery after use. Be careful while standing up in the tub after use.
